§ 70.186 PROHIBITIONS ON THE TRAVEL, PARKING AND STANDING OF VEHICLES ON EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver or operator of any vehicle to park or stop the same or to permit the same to be parked or to stand at any time during the period of any travel “advisory”, “watch” or “warning” on any of the routes or streets listed on the list maintained in the office of the city’s Clerk-Treasurer. Any police officer, upon discovering any such vehicle so parked or stopped in violation of this subchapter, may remove such vehicle or cause the same to be removed.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a motor vehicle operator to travel on a city street during a travel “warning” for a non-emergency purpose or during a travel “watch” unless authorized.
