No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in a space designated for impaired mobility parking unless the vehicle bears a license plate or decal issued by the state or another state containing the international wheelchair symbol or such other symbol as the Commission of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of Indiana or any other state shall designate to distinguish a vehicle used by or to transport an impaired mobility person. A list of such restricted parking areas is to be maintained on file in the office of the city’s Clerk-Treasurer.
