When signs are erected in each block pursuant to this subchapter giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and holidays within the district or upon any of the streets described in the lists maintained on file in the office of the city’s Clerk-Treasurer.
