No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway parallel to the edge of the curb when the area has been designated as an area for angle parking by the City Engineer and is marked as such with either signs or painted lines and is indicated on a list of angle parking streets maintained in the office of the city’s Clerk-Treasurer.
