§ 70.020 REQUIRED OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

It is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this traffic code. Violations of the acts forbidden herein will result in a civil action with a possible fine penalty upon proof of the violation pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5.
