Users shall be entitled to discard one large item per dwelling per month on a day designated by the city in conjunction with its contractor. Certain large items may be prohibited from collection depending on the terms of the contract between the city and its contractor. Users wishing to discard more than one large item per month must make arrangements directly with the contractor.
