§ 52.05 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE.

Domestic solid waste collection service shall be provided once a week to all dwellings within the city. The city shall not contract for collection, disposal or recycling services to commercial units. Domestic solid waste collection as provided in this chapter shall be mandatory for all dwellings.
