§ 30.07 TWO-THIRDS VOTE REQUIRED.

Whenever it is required that any ordinance or resolution shall be passed or other action of the Common Council taken by a two-thirds vote, such requirement shall be construed to mean a two-thirds vote of all the members-elect.
