§ 35.11 PROGRAM TERMINATION.

If the Common Council chooses to terminate the program prior to any new program year, New Haven-Adams Township Fire and EMS shall refund membership fees back to program members on a prorated basis. The New Haven-Adams Township Fire and EMS shall be obligated to provide 30 days’ written notice to program members prior to program termination.
