(A) The city hereby establishes a LOIT Special Distribution Fund for receipt and account of the above described distribution.
(B) The account shall be given its own fund designated on the city’s budget line as may be designated by the Clerk-Treasurer from time to time.
(C) The unrestricted portion of the funds received by the city may be deposited into the city’s General Fund into a properly created Home Rule Fund or into the Rainy Day Fund.
