§ 97.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE; MODEL FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE.
   (A)   The Common Council for the city has adopted the Indiana State Model Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance (the “Model Floodplain Ordinance”).
   (B)   The Model Floodplain Ordinance listed in division (A) above is hereby incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as if set forth herein, and as amended from time to time.
