(A) The following is a list of seasonal designated truck routes. This list is intended to supplement, not supercede, Schedule VI above, and the designated truck routes listed herein are only applicable during the time period and to the specific types of vehicles set forth in the schedule.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall amend the official list of designated truck routes within the city to include those additional routes defined in division (A), subject to the limitations set forth therein.
(C) In accordance with I.C. § 9-20-1-4, a person who violates division (A) of this section commits a Class C infraction.
(D) The limitations prescribed in this schedule shall not apply to:
(1) Any other roads or highways in the city, unless specifically described herein or otherwise already enacted in city code and Indiana law;
(2) Fire trucks or other emergency vehicles or vehicle on emergency business involved in the saving of life or property;
(3) Farm implements incidentally moved upon a road;
(4) Road repair, construction, or maintenance vehicles while involved in the repair, construction, or maintenance of roads within the city;
(5) Garbage service vehicles while involved in the provision of services to residents of the city; or
(6) School buses titled to a municipal entity and used to transport school children to and from athletic games, events or school functions.
(E) The Board of Public Works and Safety for the city (the “BOW”), shall procure and have posted appropriate signs along the designated truck routes as required by the laws of the state. The provisions of this schedule shall not become effective until the BOW has posted such signs.
