§ 33.35 NON-REVERTING BASEBALL DIAMOND FUND.
   (A)   There is established for and on behalf of the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation a Special Non-Reverting Baseball Diamond Maintenance Fund.
   (B)   All user fees received by the Department of Parks and Recreation for baseball diamonds shall be deposited into said Fund.
   (C)   The Fund may only be used for the purpose of baseball diamond maintenance and repair as directed by the city’s Parks and Recreation Board.
