12-1-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A violation of this title shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (1997 Code § 12-473)
