9-3-5: COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL:
The city or its agents shall collect garbage, trash, debris, rubbish and refuse as provided herein over routes approved by the city when such refuse is placed in proper containers as prescribed by the city. The disposal of garbage and rubbish shall be by landfill and daily cover. (1997 Code §§ 17-203, 17-204)
