8-8-10: WILDLIFE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT:
From time to time, as approved by the city administrator, the city, either unilaterally or in cooperation with agencies of the federal government, agencies of the state of Oklahoma, private vendors, or colleges and universities, may implement measures for the conservation and management of the wildlife resources and their habitats, the geologic features, and the public use facilities of the city reservoir fish and wildlife management and public use area. These conservation and management measures include, but are not limited to, wildlife introduction, wildlife population and/or community manipulation, and habitat manipulation. (1997 Code § 11-218)
