All of the living and nonliving components of all of the terrestrial, wetland, and aquatic ecosystems within this chapter are classified as a wildlife sanctuary. Except as permitted herein, the harvest, attempt to harvest, take, or attempt to take, disturb, or attempt to disturb any nonliving geological feature, manmade structure, or wildlife, or the habitat of any living thing is prohibited. No person shall enter the area with any domestic or exotic animals and/or plants. Hunting, fishing, and trapping seasons for all wildlife is closed except as provided in this chapter.
