All of the city of Cordell reservoir fish and wildlife management and public use area's (previously known as Adam's Lake) manmade facilities and structures, and natural resources, including city reservoirs, adjoining land, and the adjacent tributaries of Boggy Creek, consisting of approximately thirty (30) acres, situated in Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 18, W.I.M., Washita County, Oklahoma.
