8-7-11: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2007-06, 11-5-2007)
