8-1-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (1997 Code § 14-111)
