8-1-6: PLAYING ON STREETS:
It is unlawful for any person to engage in any sport, game or amusement or to play in, on or across the main traveled portion of any sidewalk, street, avenue or alley of the city except as may be authorized by ordinance. (1997 Code § 14-106)
