5-8-5: OBSTRUCTING CITY OFFICIALS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to wilfully obstruct or interfere with any health officer or other code enforcement officer charged with the enforcement of the health or nuisance laws of the city. (1997 Code § 8-117)
