It is unlawful and an offense for any person to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or other container of any kind of a capacity of one and one-half (11/2) cubic feet or more which has an airtight door or lock which may not be released from the inside of such icebox, refrigerator or container, or which has a snap lock or other device for automatically fastening such door in a closed position, without first removing such fastener, lock, snap lock or doors of such container.
