4-6-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:
To protect the public health and safety, all businesses operating within the city limits which keep and/or provide to the public prefilled propane exchange containers shall obtain an annual permit and be subject to yearly inspections by the city. (Ord. 2004-04, 12-6-2004)
