521.14 DISTRIBUTION OF COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL PUBLICATIONS.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall distribute any publications on any unoccupied property and/or any property where the occupant has made a request to cease said distribution.

(b) Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any portion of this ordinance shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable as permitted by the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. C-7-95-1. Passed 7-10-95.)
