(a) Powers and duties are assigned in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Sections 735.273, 743.05-743.07 and 731.141.
(b) The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio, and, in addition, shall have all powers, duties and functions provided by the position description established by the Village of New Concord and/or any powers, duties or functions approved by Village Council.
