(a) No person shall park any vehicle for a period exceeding four hours on or about the property known as the “S” Bridge Park without written permission from the New Concord Police Chief.
(b) Any person that violates this ordinance shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable as required by law and shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) per day. Vehicles may be towed at the discretion of the Police Department after 48 hours and all cost shall be the owner’s responsibility.
