(a) No person who is an owner, agent, operator or other person in charge of a vehicle shall permit any truck over 40 feet in length, to be operated on North Liberty between Main Street and John Glenn School Road at anytime except when going to or from a property within this area for which there is no alternative route.
(b) Whoever violates any part of this ordinance shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be punished as permitted by the Ohio Revised Code.
