182.20 ADOPTION OF RULES.

(A) Pursuant to Section 718.30 of the Revised Code, the Tax Administrator may recommend the adoption of rules by the legislative authority by ordinance or resolution to facilitate the administration of the income tax imposed by the Municipality.

(B) All rules adopted under this Section shall be published and posted pursuant to Code.
