1198.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The Village of New Concord shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The Village of New Concord may contract with the Muskingum County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
