(a) The initial fee for a license, as well as the renewal fee, shall be such amount as provided by ordinance. If, upon review of the application, it is found that the property does not meet the requirements of the chapter, the owner or operator shall be informed in writing of the deficiencies in the application.
(b) The annual license fee is the obligation of the property owner and shall be $50.00 for each sleeping room or sleeping area of each Non-Conforming Multi-Family Dwelling Unit.
