Where permitted and conditionally approved, any outdoor storage shall be in side or rear yards only, shall be totally screened from any street abutting the property and any residential property or district abutting the property, shall be a maximum of 6 feet in height, shall be set back a minimum of 10 feet from all property lines and shall occupy a maximum 20% of the area of the property on which they are located.
