1117.23 EXTENSIONS TO BOUNDARIES.

The subdivider may be required to extend the necessary improvements to the boundary of the proposed subdivision to serve adjoining un-subdivided land, as determined by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 2019-4. Passed 10-14-19.)
