1117.16 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.

Minimum eight (8) inch diameter public sanitary sewers shall be installed to adequately serve all lots, including lateral connections to the public system. Public sewer system extensions shall meet the requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Combination of sanitary sewers and storm sewers shall be prohibited. (Ord. 2019-4.
