(a) Trees shall be provided by the subdivider in all subdivisions. A master landscape plan shall be reviewed by the Village Tree Committee for their input and a recommendation shall be made to the Planning Commission.
(b) Trees shall be planted so as not to cause interference with underground utilities, street lighting or visibility of street intersections. Trees shall not be planted prior to the construction of sidewalks. Existing trees should be retained in new subdivisions wherever possible. (Ord. 2019-4. Passed 10-14-19.)
