(a) After the preapplication stage, the subdivider may submit a preliminary drawing of the proposed subdivision, which shall conform with the requirements set forth in this Article. The preliminary drawing shall be prepared by any of the following:
(1) A practicing civil engineer licensed by the State of Ohio.
(2) A practicing landscape architect licensed by the State of Ohio.
(3) A practicing architect licensed by the State of Ohio.
(b) The preliminary drawing shall certify that the services of one of the professionals indicated above were utilized in its preparation. (Ord. 2019-4. Passed 10-14-19.)
