925.04 TAPPING CHARGES.

   (a)   The following charges shall be made for connection to the Village water supply system:

      3/4 inch   $350.00 plus cost of meter

      1 inch      375.00 plus cost of meter

      2 inch       450.00 plus cost of meter

   (b)   The Village shall not permit additional water taps or sewer taps for properties located outside the Village corporation limits without permission of Council.

   (c)   (1)   The Village Administrator may issue temporary water and sewer taps to property owners who have petitioned for annexation.

      (2)   Temporary water and sewer taps shall be effective for a period of time, not to exceed one year.

      (3)   The Village may require property owners to enter into an agreement with the Village regarding annexation, removal or installation of taps, zoning or other conditions. (Ord. D-5-93-1. Passed 5-24-93.)

   (d)   (1)   The Village shall remove all commercial water taps for properties located outside the Village corporate limits which are more than ninety (90) days delinquent in the payment of their water and sewer bills.

      (2)   The Village shall not permit the issuance or reissuance of water taps for commercial property located outside the Village corporate limits. This section shall prohibit the reissuance of water taps to commercial properties which were formerly issued water taps which were removed under the authority of this section.
