(a) No person shall trim, prune or remove any tree on any Village property or right of way without first obtaining permission from the Village Administrator.
(b) No person shall trim, prune or remove any tree on any private property without first obtaining permission from the owner.
(c) No person trimming, pruning or removing trees shall place any wood or debris from said work on any public or private property without first obtaining permission from the owner.
(d) All tree pruning and trimming performed in the Village of New Concord shall comply with the methods recommended by the “National Arbor Day Association” unless performed on private property with the permission of the property owner.
