913.08 CLEAR HEIGHT OF TREES AND SHRUBS OVER STREETS, ALLEYS AND ROADS.
   (a)   No person shall plant, grow, or maintain any trees or shrubbery which will obstruct the view of traffic approaching an intersection by operators of vehicles approaching such intersection from another direction.
   (b)   Property owners shall trim all shrubs and trees so as to have a clear height of 12 feet above the surface of the street, alley or roadway including shrubs and trees located in street, alley, or right of way area abutting their property.
   (c)   The Village shall make written notice to be given to property owners ordering them to trim or remove trees and shrubbery so that the trees and shrubbery conform to subsections (a) and (b) hereof.
   (d)   If the property owner fails to trim or remove the trees and shrubbery as ordered, the Village may cause the trees and shrubbery to be trimmed or removed as ordered, and the cost thereof shall be a lien upon such real estate.
