905.02 FEE.

The fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) plus a deposit of five dollars ($5.00) per square foot of excavation. The deposit shall be returned upon satisfactory completion of the project minus any cost incurred by the Village. The Village may require proof of adequate insurance prior to issuing a permit. (Ord.
