711.02 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Person” includes the singular and the plural and also includes any person, firm or corporation, association, club partnership or society or any other organization.
   (b)   “Itinerant vendor” includes all persons engaged or participating in a temporary or transient business of selling or exhibiting for sale, goods, wares or merchandise whether such sales are accompanied by wares or merchandise whether such sales are accompanied by immediate delivery or are made by sample for future delivery and whether such itinerant vendor is associated with any local dealer or not, unless such temporary or transient business is conducted upon the premises regularly occupied by such local dealer. Provided, however, that his definition shall not be deemed to include any person who, as a commercial traveler or selling agent, sells to dealers in the ususal course of business.
