(a) Any person who violates, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provisions herein, after notification by certified or registered mail, shall be subject to a suit for injunction as well as the following minimum fine schedule:
(1) First offense $ 75.00
(2) Second offense $150.00
(3) Third offense $300.00
(4) Fourth offense and above $500.00
(b) An offense is deemed to occur whenever a person fails to comply with the terms of a notice of violation. The applicable fine will accrue each day a sign is in violation of the provisions herein.
