1327.05 NONCONFORMING MANUFACTURED HOMES.
   Any manufactured home or manufactured home site situated within the Village at the time of enactment of this chapter which does not conform to the provisions of Section 1327.03(a), (b), (c) and (e), shall be permitted to continue as presently situated, provided it conforms with the provisions of Section 1327.03(d). In addition, if a manufactured home, not in compliance with this chapter, is damaged by a non-criminal act defined in this case as wind, flood and/or fire, the manufactured home may be replaced with a manufactured home being a maximum of ten years old. The replacement must take place within thirty days of the removal of the previous manufactured home and be occupied by the previous resident. At such time as any manufactured home not in conformity with this chapter is removed from its present manufactured home site within the Village, any replacement manufactured home and the manufactured home site must thereafter conform to all of the provisions of this chapter.
