1315.10 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No person shall construct any structure or subdivide any tract of land in an identified special flood hazard area, or cause same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2-75. Passed 1-6-75.)
