All new customer taps will be installed on the main water line. The Village will perform this task. From the water main line to the customer’s corporation cock (curb box) will be the Village’s responsibility to maintain. The land owner is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the water line from the corporation cock (curb box) to the residence. The corporation cock (curb box) shall be located in the village right-of-way, close to the customer’s property line.
