723.05 EXISTING NONCONFORMING USE.

Any medical marijuana cultivation, medical marijuana dispensing, or medical marijuana processing facility, operation or activity existing or operating within the Village of Newcomerstown on the effective date of this chapter shall cease operations forthwith.
