Any applicant who has applied for a license in accordance with this chapter and to whom the Mayor has, after due consideration, denied a license may appeal to Council. Any applicant who has had its license revoked may appeal to Council. Notice of such appeal shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer within five days after the denial or revocation by the Mayor. Such appeal shall be heard by Council at the next regular meeting and its decision shall be final.
