713.08 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

Whenever a licensee fails, for a period of sixty days, to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any such taxicab or taxicabs the Mayor may either suspend or revoke such license. This power to suspend or revoke shall not limit the powers granted to the Mayor elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances. (1960 Code. §52.16.)
