(A) A license must be issued not less than 24 hours prior to any actual selling activity by the applicant.
(B) All mobile food vendors must have the permission of the property owner prior to operating a mobile food service unit on the subject property.
(C) No mobile food vendor may stop for longer than 12 hours at a single location or address in a 24-hour period. A single location or address shall include a single parking lot shared by multiple businesses.
