The State Fire Marshal Requirements for Consumer Fireworks Retail Sales Facilities including the requirements of 68 O.S., Art. 16, §§ 1621 through 1634, and the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal Commission Rules established in accordance with 68 O.S., § 1633, and all amendments thereto, be and are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this Code of Ordinances and are declared to be in full force and effect with application to all retail sales facilities and stands.
